Jessica Sandwell, Head of Marketing at Splendid Hospitality Group
- Working with Laura has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She brought clarity, creativity, and a genuine sense of care to every aspect of our branding updates. From developing a refreshed Identity for The Spa and a brochure to compliment, providing up to date and cohesive Brand Guidelines, to creating a beautiful sub-brand for Weddings at The Grand, each project was handled with care and precision. Laura also picked up additional work to support Legacy's Head Chef in his Debut on Great British Menu - which was turned around very efficiently! Laura takes the time to learn the nuances of each brand and sub brand and translates that knowledge into functional design solutions. The entire process was smooth, well-structured, and collaborative with helpful calls, prompt revisions, and polished, ready-to-use final files.
We have seen a positive response from our customers on both The new Spa and Wedding identities! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Deakin Design to anyone looking for high-quality, reliable, and strategic design work and look forward to our continued relationship across our wider business with Splendid Hospitality Group.
